First appointment: What you should bring with you?
Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and comfortable clothing. We offer a changing room where you can also store your things. Although not required for your INITIAL EVALUATION it is recommended to get a prescription from your doctor for physical therapy treatments and bring along any x-rays or MRIs you have. Please be advised some insurances companies do REQUIRE referrals before any treatments are rendered.
Do we accept your insurance?
We accept the following common insurances:
We understand that most insurance companies offer different plans with different benefits and we will gladly verify that your insurance company accepts our services.
Additionally, most insurance companies supply out-of-network benefits which can be used at our facility. Once again if you wish to receive and verify this information, please contact the office.
There may be a chance that we still accept your insurance, so please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions.
We also accept self-pay patients. Please contact us for rates.
How long does each physical therapy session last?
The initial evaluation tends to average about 45 minutes to an hour. Most follow-up sessions average about 35- 40 minutes.
Once therapy sessions are completed, what can I do?
Here at our facility we offer a wellness program for our clients to have a safe and convenient environment to continue/progress their programs upon discharge. We also offer private/semi-private Pilates classes with certified instructors.
