First appointment: What you should bring with you?
Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and comfortable clothing. We offer a changing room where you can also store your things. Although not required for your INITIAL EVALUATION it is recommended to get a prescription from your doctor for physical therapy treatments and bring along any x-rays or MRIs you have. Please be advised some insurances companies do REQUIRE referrals before any treatments are rendered.

We understand that most insurance companies offer different plans with different benefits and we will gladly verify that your insurance company accepts our services.
Additionally, most insurance companies supply out-of-network benefits which can be used at our facility. Once again if you wish to receive and verify this information, please contact the office.

How long does each physical therapy session last?
The initial evaluation tends to average about 45 minutes to an hour. Most follow-up sessions average about 35- 40 minutes.
Once therapy sessions are completed, what can I do?
Here at our facility we offer a wellness program for our clients to have a safe and convenient environment to continue/progress their programs upon discharge. We also offer private/semi-private Pilates classes with certified instructors.
