We are open for appointments, according to the designation that we are an essential healthcare facility for treating patients for non-COVID-19- related conditions. For those of you who cannot come into our office, we also offer virtual videoconference/telehealth appointments. We value our patients’ and staff’s health above all else, as a result we have very strict criteria to be met before a patient or employee enters our offices. We are closely monitoring the CDC and WHO websites and taking necessary precautions:
Cleaning protocols have been ramped up. Patients are asked to wash their hands upon entering as well as before and after using any equipment. The offices are undergoing daily routine disinfections and disinfections after each patient
Hand sanitizer is available. As an additional precaution to supplement hand washing, we have hand sanitizer available throughout our office for both staff and patients.
Our physical therapists and Pilates trainers wear masks throughout the treatment session and we ask that our patients do the same.
We take the temperature of every person that enters our office – both patients and staff.

About Our Practice
We are a physical therapy office with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in one-on-one care heavily based in the Pilates method. With our hands-on, holistic
approach we are able to successfully treat a wide variety of orthopedic, pre- and post-operative and sports injuries affecting the spine and extremities.

Our brand new facility houses state of the art equipment and offers a warm environment to foster your health and well-being. Aside from physical therapy, we offer a wellness program for our clients to have a safe and convenient place to continue/progress their programs upon discharge as well as private/semi-private Pilates classes with certified instructors.
